Privacy policy

HQ is run by Striking Ventures. This page says what we keep and why. Questions: micky@strikingventures.com.

What we keep

• Your account: name, business, email, cell, timezone and a hashed password.
• The texts you send HQ and the texts HQ sends you, approvals, and what you ask HQ to remember.
• Billing records, handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number.

What we don't keep

Your email, calendar, files and CRM stay in your own Claude account. HQ's routine reads them there, with the connectors you sign in to. We don't hold those logins.

Who processes your data

• Photon, which carries your texts over iMessage.
• Anthropic, for instant replies (Claude API) and, in your own account, your HQ routine.
• OpenAI, to turn your voice notes into text and, if you text "voice on", to turn HQ's replies into voice notes. The audio is sent for that and not kept by us.
• Supabase, which stores the data above. Vercel, which runs this site. Stripe, for payments.

Your choices

You can cancel any time from your account page. To have your texts and account deleted, email us from the address you signed up with.
