Text it. It's done.
An assistant you text or talk to. It works in your email, calendar and files, and asks you before it sends anything.
Then $199 a month. Cancel anytime. Needs your own Claude Max plan.
A phone number that gets things done.
You text one number
It sits in Messages next to your friends. Text it, or hold the mic and talk, like a walkie-talkie.
HQ does the work
It reads, drafts, schedules and files in your Gmail, Calendar, Drive, HubSpot and Slack.
You say yes
Before anything reaches another person, it texts you first. One tap and it's sent.
Pick a job. See the thread.
This is the whole product: a text thread. No app to learn, no dashboard to check.
It runs in the background of your day.
- 7:30 AM
Your morning brief arrives. Today's meetings, the emails that need you, one thing to focus on.
- 10:15 AM
You voice-note from the car. "Tell Sam I'm 10 minutes late and push my next call." HQ drafts both and asks.
- 1:40 PM
You ask a question between meetings. "What did we quote Acme?" The answer comes back from your Drive.
- 6:30 PM
It checks in. "What moved today? Anything to follow up?" You reply in a sentence. HQ files it and lines up tomorrow.
- 9:30 PM
It goes quiet. Nothing scheduled buzzes until morning. You can still text it any time.
About 30 minutes. On your own.

Nothing goes out without you.
Only texts from your phone count as instructions. Emails and web pages it reads are never orders. It never moves money. And it all runs in your own Claude account, so your email stays yours.
a month. The first 7 days are free.
Plus your own Claude Max plan (from $100/mo, billed by Anthropic, not included).
Rather we set it up for you? The Workflow sprint, $1,500, is our done-for-you HQ setup. You'll need your own Claude Max plan either way.
Why do I need Claude?
Claude is HQ's brain, and it runs in your own account with your own connectors. That's how your email and files stay yours.
Will it send things on its own?
Only what you allow: reading, drafts, your own notes and tasks. Anything that reaches another person waits for your yes.
Does it work on Android?
HQ is built for iMessage. Other phones get plain texts, without tapbacks.
How do I cancel?
From your account page, any time. Cancel in the first 7 days and you pay nothing.
Don't have Claude yet?
Get a personal Claude Max plan (from $100/mo, billed by Anthropic) at claude.ai/upgrade before you connect your tools. Team plans aren't supported yet. Until then HQ still answers simple questions, it just can't open your email.
Can I talk to it?
Yes. Send a voice note and it hears you. Text "voice on" and it answers in voice notes too, like a walkie-talkie. Live calls are coming soon.
Is my data safe?
We keep your texts with HQ and nothing else. Your tools' logins stay in your Claude account. See privacy.
